Hello,

today I installed popper from the 2.05. CD ROM, at an FREEBSD 2.0.5.
It's working fine with an Eudora client, but I get syslog message. :(
And I don't know how to solve it. The message is:

Mar 20 15:17:47 tgate popper[413]: (v2.1.4-R3) Unable to get canonical name of
c
lient, err = 0
Mar 20 15:17:47 tgate popper[413]: (v2.1.4-R3) Servicing request from
"192.168.1
2.25" at 192.168.12.25

If the client looks for new mail. Anyone an idea?

Best regards

You read my own humble opinion - it's NOT an offical statement of the firm
