Yeah, it works.

But I have to tell my gut feeling is that it is not as good as a good
ne2000 card in the same box. My company bought 200 of them, and we
can't really use them in except in a small number of machines. So I
got to play with them.

Read the LINT kernel description, it reports its buggy.

Comments as a router:
I could not get two of them to live in a machine. Using an ep0 and ed0
or ed1 was OK, ( note I used non-conflicting settings). For no
apparent reason I recieved a message from ep0, it still worked, though,
sorry, for the life of me I can't remember the text.

comments as host:
I have one of the cards in 90MHz pentium, and it has been cooking
along, with no more errors on our network than other cards. It is
slower than ne2000 card, but not that I could really notice on this
machine. I haven't heavily load this machine, and I am worried about
it.

comments about BSDI:
I am investigating commercial version, and they apparently like the
card. I do not have a copy, so I have not played with card and O.S.

Hope this helps, this is only my opinion, and experiences, your mileage
may vary.
