Make a copy of the /floppies/fixit.flp (use dd(1) for it), and keep
this floppy and the installation boot floppy around. In case you
need it, boot the installation floppy (with -c, if required), select
the F)ixit option from the main menu, and insert the other floppy.

Be careful, if the machine crashes while the fixit floppy is mounted,
you gotta fsck the floppy again. Alas, sysinstall doesn't do this for
you right now. Either keep a second copy around, or if you do also
have DOS, you might copy it from the CD again.
