Did you build the ports version of inn?  I haven't seen this problem
myself..

See ports/print/apsfilter - it does it all for you, and rather nicely at
that.

Yes, you do.  apsfilter will use it automatically.

Do you have an `add 0 0' in your ppp rule?  If so, taking it out will
cause ppp to skip adding the default route.
