Hello Doug,

How many users do you need to support? Also, how much mail do you
handle daily? Do you host a large number of newsgroups?

Depending on the demands you place upon the machine, IDE should work
just fine. I would never disagree with Jordan and he is correct in
pointing out the upgradeability and expandability of SCSI as well as
the speed benefits but if you won't need the added benefits of SCSI why
pay for it?

The only problem you might have is with the IDE CDROM's. You should
probably check to see which ones people here on the newsgroup have had
the best success with.

Best of luck to you!!
