A port of teTeX 0.3.3 is now available. It includes 68 binaries,
a rich texmf tree, and tons of documentation. You can get it from

ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports-current/print/teTeX-0.3.3.tar.gz (source)
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/packages-current/printing/teTeX-0.3.3.tgz (binary)

and the corresponding directories on mirror sites.

It enables you to typeset and pretty-print your documents with TeX &
friends. This port was done by Bernd Rosauer (br@netland.sub.de).

-Bernd

P.S. Note that the "source" above is actually the ports skeleton only;
     when you extract it on your machine (preferably into
     /usr/ports/print) and type "make", it will automatically fetch the
     original source and build the program. Try "make fetch-list" if
     you are not IP connected to obtain a list of files you need to
     fetch.
