You only want a floppy with the bootstrap, or with the entire kernel?

The former is simple. Type ``sd(0,a)/kernel'' (or ``wd(0,a)/kernel'')
at the boot prompt. You can remove the floppy after this.

The latter is more complicated. You can force the kernel to use the
compiled-in root device (the one appearing at the ``kernel root on''
line in the config file) instead of the device where it has been
booted from by entering the boot option ``-r''.
