The Intel Zappa motherboards do not support parity checking. The BSDI 2.1
manual reccomends against motherboards without parity checking. We are
currently having problems that we think are caused by flakey memory chips,
but we can't really be sure because we have a Zappa motherboard. We are
going to have to swap out the external cache and 64Mb of memory to try and
determine the problem. I am not a happy camper. (Does Intel have *any*
forethought?)
