Your problem is that u misundestood a purpose of MX record in DNS file ..
If u want that all your mail will be sent to @my.net.work u need to 
change slightly your sendmail.cf in @mymachine.my.net.work It's located
in /etc . Find a string with DM and write following :
DMmy.net.work

Also u need to find change a string Cw in sendmail.cf at mail.ser.ver :
Cwlocalhost my.net.work

I hope it'll work ...
