Recently, I've been seeing the following errors coming from
my second SCSI hard disk (sorry for the line wraps):

This disk is a Maxtor MXT540SL, and the errors seem to show up
after my machine has been up a few minutes. I don't hear any strange
noises or anything. :)

Does anyone know how to interpret these failures?

I assume that this means that my hard disk has gone bad?

Thanks,
Gil
