If you have /usr/ports  extracted on your  system, just go to the directory
in /usr/ports/shells/the_shell  and just type   "make". It will  fetch  the
distfiles and compile it. 

If you  don't have it, then get  by FTP each Makefile  and  you'll find the
address in it. 

From memory, the master site for tcsh is tesla.ee.cornell.edu.
