Hi, 
We do support the Matrox Meteor and Omnimedia's new video capture board.
I have a sony camcoder connected to my system it allows me to do 
video conferencing or to watch tv at 640*480*4 at 30fps.

So the answer is yes if you get a supported video frame grabber.
