Hi Karl,

We have 58 of the non-managed Multitechs here in St. Augustine and
have found very few modems that don't like them.  I have heard good
and bad stories about the managed racks.  You might ask around on
inet-access for some first hand info or email me and I will dig up
some saved Multitech threads.

I was convinced to use Multitech by their attitude.  They have a
good ISP program and they want their modems in ISP facilities.
