Hi,

I'm trying to compile the NetBSD-1.1 kernel on my Amiga.

On my HD I have the BASE11, ETC11, COMP11 and the KSRC11 distributions
installed. Do I need other distributions to be able to compile the kernel?

I've tried it a few times, but it failed. What I did was:
 	cd to arch/amiga/conf/
edit a new config file (SMALL)
	'config SMALL'
	cd to arch/amiga/compile/SMALL/
	'make depend'
	'make'
wait a very long time (+/- 4 hours)

The compiler stops with an error 1 with the message:
	ld: ?????.o: nonexternal relocation invalid
I've tried to compile a few times... ?????.o is not always the same,
probably because I've changed the config file (SMALL).
Usualy ?????.o is umoddi3.o.

Are there other files headers/libraries which is used when I compile the
kernel? When I installed ncurses, it saved some files to /usr/include/, can
it be that some originel headers are overwritten?

My question is:
	- Is there a FAQ where I can find some tips for compiling the kernel
	- Do you know what I did wrong?
	- What am I allowed to change in the config file (SMALL)
	- Did it went wrong because of lack of memory?
I just have 4 Mb fast and 18 Mb swap.
