What am I NOT allowed to change? 
Should I change the Makefile too?

Yes, I already try to compile GENERIC without changing anything...
No success :(((((
 The error message was:
ld: lib/compat/libcompat.a(kern_ipc_10.o): nonexternal relocation invalid

I looked in the *BSD FAQ, the NetBSD-Amiga-FAQ and it seems like I did 
everything RIGHT...
