Hi,

I have a new system with an Adaptec 2940 as primary controller.

I'm trying to install FreeBSD 2.0.5 with CDROM of Walnut Creek.
The problem is that the generic kernel in boot.flp doesn't test the ahc0.

How can I make a boot.flp with ahc0? Is there a new boot.flp with ahc0
(my version has 1'228'800 bytes)?
Has anyone already solved this problem?

I have trying the boot.flp of FreeBSD 2.1.0. It work fine but I haven't the
distribution!

You can followup or reply by mail.

Thanks in advance.
Benoit
