What you are asking me to do is bring down a mult-user system because
someone forgot to keep a supply of formated disks.  What I'm looking
for is DOS independence.  I'll repeat my question:  Does there exist
source for isa/ide lower level floppy formatting?  Does there exist
a good reference on the subject?
