Yes, but not in your kernel, unfortunately.  You need to create yourself
a kernel configuration file (see http://www.freebsd.org/handbook for
more information on same) and add:

pseudo-device   bpfilter        2

I recommend 2 - one for a ppp/slip device and one for ethernet.
Increase as necessary.
