Depends on how you hook them up.. :-)

There's early support for the Connectics QuickCam(tm) eyeball cameras,
though I'm not sure if the MBONE tools have been updated to use them
yet.  You can look at pictures and snap snapshots with the current
driver, anyway.

If your CCD camera wants to hook up to a frame grabber, then the
Omnimedia Talisman or Matrox Meteor are good choices.  I use a Meteor +
300 line CCD camera combo for MBONE conferencing myself and it's not
bad.
