I'd guess that from the FreeBSD box you can talk to the other 
end of the PPP link. If the other boxes can't then I'd guess 
they don't have the correct gateway address of the FreeBSD box.
If the gateway is correct you'd be working.  Are all the  other
boxes using the FreeBSD box as their gateway to the PPP link?
Since we can't TELNET to your box to check and you didn't provide 
the IP and Gateway assignments of the other boxes, that's a bit 
of a problem.
