I heard they had a glitch when they first came out, but it has been
supposedly fixed. They are a bit expensive... you may want to compare
them to Microcom modems... I have heard good things about Microcom, they
are SNMP managed and quite a bit cheaper than USR Total Control. If
money is no object then I'd go with the USR... but if you're like me and
ya wanna save a few bucks, you might want to check out Microcom.
Unfortunately, I am only relaying what I have heard... I have to hands on
experience with these products.

Anyone out there have real experience with these products? We are about
to purchase 60 modems, they must be SNMP managed. We have narrowed our
choice to either the Microcom or USR.
