I installed FreeBSD the other day and would like to compile in support for the 3Com
590 PCI network cards. These cards are not supported in the release kernel but I
have been fortunate enough to find drivers at a site on the internet.

Now, the problem is getting the necessary files onto my hard disk. I can't FTP them
direct to the machine obviously so I'll need to FTP them first to a system I have
net access on, then download them from there to the machine.

No biggie, except for the life of me, I can't find a decent terminal program to use.
(text mode, haven't configured X-Windows yet)

Linux experience tells me there must be a FreeBSD equivalent to 'MiniCom' which
comes with Linux slackware...

(I hope)
