Sorry, I should have added that I used to latex this thing fine under
2.0.5 and under SunOS installations.  There is nothing wrong with my
latex source.

I got an email from someone suggesting that I have to set up some
environment variables?  I didnt see anything in the handbook about this
and I tried playing with the environment variables listed in the
man pages for plain tex, but to no avail.

Has anyone else had any troubles with this?  I must be doing something
wrong here.
