OK, ppp is working and I finally have elm.  Now I need to
forward packets to the rest of my (Macintosh) network.

I set the following options in my kernel.
options	GATEWAY
options IPFIREWALL
options IPFIREWALL_VERBOSE
options IPACCT

What do I do next?
