Note the original questioner's domain:  Berkeley.edu.  This is in California, 
USA.  Admittedly he *might* live in France and be visiting, but I doubt it.

If he moves to Europe, the Lion Datapump might do him some good.

Doubt it.

Note that there are *no* European ISDN products with a significant market 
share in the USA; a handful are in process of being brought over, but it's not 
easy.  Even though there are *no* regualtory requirements, homologation tests, 
or anything else required to sell an S/T interface device.  Free markets are 
tough!
