I just changed the #ifdef statement a few lines above row #675, and added
__FreeBSD__.

Row 671:
#if (!(defined(SOLARIS) || defined(bsdi) || defined(__NetBSD__) ||
defined(__FreeBSD__)))

(word-wrapped here, don't do that in lwsrvconfig.c :)

That way, the strdup function doesn't get compiled; I don't think it
should be, since it shall not be for NetBSD et al. It made the "make
programs" work, but then I don't need lwsrv, so I won't know if it
works... :)

I have another problem with FreeBSD 2.1 and CAP, though. It's VERY slow.
Something is wrong... I'll post a separate question on the matter tomorrow
after some more testing...
