Actually, unless things have changed since I last used UUCP extensively
or I'm misremembering quite badly, it *can* use all three at once.

I don't remember what the order of precedence is, but I know I had a V7
L.sys file, an HDB Dialers file, and a Taylor port file.  Why, I don't
recall, except that I needed to use some option that I could use in the
Taylor file that I couldn't in the HDB equivalent.
