At the recommendation of several people, we have purchased a 20 port
terminal server to handle dial in connections to our network. The server is the
Livingston Portmaster 2E.

The understanding is that the Livingston can log session statistics to a unix
machines 'syslog'

So, what remains now is the question as to whether or not anybody has developed
any software to track users time (daily, weekly, monthly and per session stats would
be nice) or am I going to have to make a util to parse the syslog myself ?

Thanks for reading. (even bigger thanks for responding ;) )
