Hello,

I have installed the linux-lib from 2.1 CD, and it works well. Bu now I
have a linux-programm (magicHIT) which requires newer versions of libXpm,
libc and libm. So I go to a friend with a linux-box and fetsch the newer
libraries. But if I install them, every linux-bin kill with Sig 11
(Segmentation fault).

Whith the file-command I see that the old lib's are:

Linux/i386 demand-paged executable (ZMAGIC)

and my new versions are

Linux/i386 demand-paged executable (QMAGIC)

So what must I do to create the ZMAGIC lib's?

May I do it under FreeBSD or under linux?

Thanx for help

Gruß, Andy
