I have the binaries only version. I tried unsuccessfully to get the distribution copy to use the ftpaccess file and/or write to the xferlog file, both without success. Note, this copy will log to syslog. So, I decided to download the source and recompile it. It included some make and configuration files for bsd, which didn't really work completely. After some mucking around in various include files and one .c file, I got it to compile cleanly. When I run the copy I compiled, it will use the ftpaccess file correctly, but now it will neither write to the xferlog nor to syslog. If anyone has made this all work correctly, please let me know how. Thanks, - Randy Moore
