Follow up to my previous post on getting Linux Emulator to work
under FreeBSD 2.10 I've finally managed to get it up and running
after digging into some mail archive on www.freebsd.org. Using
the <Seach> function for the topic <Doom> :) I've found an
excellent post on the Linux Emulator Man Page and How-To.

To recap, in my custom kernel config - the option should be
COMPAT_LINUX and not LINUX_COMPAT which I read in one of the
earlier email. After getting the new kernel up and running.
I was able to run a couple of apps I written in C with Ncurse
support and runs fine. I was able to get Linux TERM=console
to display color on BSD console :) Seems like the current
Linux Emulator supports only the older a.out format and not
ELF. Also, some of my application compiled with the FlagShip
database compiler did not work as it report required some
generic Linux kernel stuff.

Thanks to all those whole email me after I pull an all-nighter
search for info to get it working.
