   I had the same exact problem.

   Netscape needs to look at two environment variables to work
   properly.  You need to make sure you have
   XKEYSYMDB=/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XKeysymDB , and
   XNLSPATH=$WHERE_YOU_INSTALLED/nls/

Yeah, that was it. Thanks everyone. The stupid thing was I read the
netscape README but didn't do what it said.
