I had the same problem, and called V Communications about it. System
Commander apparently has a problem with FreeBSD 2.1, and handles the
boot track incorrectly (thinks it's a "B5" when it should be an "A5").
I've sent them the boot information, and they expected to have a fix
pretty quickly, but I haven't heard back yet.
