Figured it out.   My ISP's crontab was fire'ing off an innxmit every
30 minuites, it would send for 30 and then would fire off another
concurrent innxmit, and they would both freeze, to fix this he put an
29minute timeoute in the innxmit strings....

Is this normal innxmit behaivour?
