One of the key designers of the P6, ie; Pentium Pro runs FreeBSD on it
for fun, so I *doubt* highly that there are CPU problems.  Also, the
next generation hardware for wcarchive.cdrom.com is a P6 which is
working great.  However, the PCI chipset for the P6 have problems, but
it's not a CPU problem.  Also, the chipset problems aren't show
stoppers, but it does mean you're aren't getting maximum performance.
