I'd like to know if there is software which is capable of running
programs designed for a Mac or Atari on a Unix system with m68020
processor.

Since Mac and Atari computers both can run BSD-Unix variants, my
guess was that there might be Unix-based software which will allow
MacOS or TOS applications to run. If that's the case, I'd be very
interested in those emulators. I'm willing to help porting an
existing emulator to NetBSD/m68k: I do know something about the
Unix side of things, but I don't have much programming experience
on Atari's and none on Mac's. So, writing an emulator from scatch
if (far) outside my scope.

Greetings,
   Geert
