Get the total number of sectors for the drive, it's announced at
boot time.  Say it's 4234855, so create:

mydisk|My brand new disk:\
	:ty=winchester:dt=SCSI:\
	:su#4234855:\
	:oc#0:pc#4234855:\
	:oe#0:pe#4234855

You get the picture.  Of course, you could select any other
partitioning, or you could entirely leave it out (leave only the `c'
pseudo partition), disklabel -r -w the disk, and then use disklabel
-e.
