Hello,

I wanna install FreeBSD Version 2.1 (from CD) at work. It's
a P5/ASUS Board with a NCR SCSI and Toshiba SCSI CD-ROM and
a QUANTUM 4GB SCSI hdd. There are a 500MB a extended
partion (with 2 logical drives 500MB/1000MB) and
a NTFS partion with WIN NT 3.5.

So I have 1GB free for installing FreeBSD. There are
no problems creating the partion for bsd - 64MB (root)
96 MB (swap) and the rest should be usr. All was fine
- write and confirm. Choice of standard mbr (I tried all
3 options at the mbr menu) and OK --> "writing .... "

panic: going now here without my init

I have no idea - any hints from the specialsts?

Best regards
Dirk Nerling
