Hi, I have a BSD operating PC with its own IP
address connected to the T1 internet line through a gateway.
It runs fine at a local terminal but when someone is connected
by telnet or any terminal emulator from outside - remote
session - then the reply from the PC slows down dratmatically.
(It takes a few seconds to show a character that was typed in.)
Does anyone know what the cause may be?

Please e-mail replies to cij@wam.umd.edu.

Thanks.
