I'm running FreeBSD on a COMPAQ with a SoundBlaster, can anyone tell me what I
need to do in order to configure my machine to play sound (ie, MAKEDEV snd0
maybe) and what applications exist to play sound, and what file formats (ie,
wav, .au, etc.) the applications can play.

Any help is appreciated,

John
