Try this:

1. 4.4 BSD Manuals from O'Reily & Associates. I believe there are 4 of them.
The one I have is pretty useful:

Computer Systems Research Group, UC Berkeley.
    "4.4BSD System Manager's Manual"
    O'Reilly & Associates, Inc., 1994.
    ISBN 1-56592-080-5

2. The following is also a pretty good system admin handbook:

   Frisch, Eleen.
   "Essential System Administration"
   O'Reilly & Associates, Inc., 1993.
   ISBN 0-937175-80-3

3. There are manual pages accessible from the FreeBSD homepage (with the
search engine). After finding what you need, you can save them, for example
as PostScript, from Netscape and print them out.

Hope this helps,
Rosty.
