   If by sloppy you mean "doesn't do it", okay.  But the commonly
accepted definition of sloppy implies an inaccurate half-hearted
collection of the accounting that _is_ collected, which doesn't
appear to be the case. (from my local dictionary, the closest
definition I can find to your implication is 'careless; slipshod',
which, IMO, is a definition that applies equally to NetBSD, FreeBSD,
and Linux.  That is to say: Not at all.)
