	Actually the 2.1.0 BOOT.FLP has an upgrade option on the menu.  You do
NOT have to re-compile the kernel, however I would suggest doing so if
you currently have two ethernet cards and are running IPFIREWALL, and
or GATEWAY.  2.1.0, has these options built into the sysconfig, no
reason to do this to the conf file.  

	One thing to be aware of, some of the files in the etc dir are
replaced, make sure you do two things, one backup, and two, print out
the fstab file, this is the bare minium if all else fails..
