You may want to post on alt.snmp and ask for a tcl/tk script to graph
mib variables using the cmu snmp implementation. I used to have such a script
long time ago which worked with the cmu snmp implementation.

You can find the cmu snmp port for Freebsd in ports/xperimnt directory
in ftp.freebsd.org
