I got the boot disk and installed FreeBSD over the net on a Gateway.
This went fairly smoothly. When I tried using the boot disk on an IBM
Thinkpad 755c it booted just fine but the keyboard seemed to be remapped
randomly.

Unfortunately I had to remove FreeBSD from the Gateway so I can't
play around with trying to build a new boot disk. How does one install
FreeBSD on an IBM Thinkpad 755c? All pointers to information appreciated.
