Disk quotas originate from BSD, so they are supported.

RAIDs are only supported if they come as a separate device that looks
like one single large disk.  I don't know of anybody who's working on
a software RAID solution.  (Being a volunteers project, it's not as
important whether or not we have plans, the only factor that counts
are volunteers.)
