Pick a FreeBSD 2.1R boot.flp and fixit.flp combo, boot the boot
floppy, select `fixit', and insert the fixit floppy.  This should
leave you with enough stuff to repair your hard disk.  (It does also
work to repair a 2.0.5R system, most likely even a 2.0 one.)
