I want to know if it's possible to install freebsd from an extended
DOS partition. I have created the boot floppy, downloaded the bin and
floppies subdirectories from ftp.freebsd.org and tried to install
using the automated install script that you are presented with after
completion of the boot. I created a freebsd partition and used the
auto option to create the slices. After selecting install from an
MSDOS partition from the option menu, sysinstall tells me I must
assign disk labels before I can proceed with the installation.

How do I go about completing the install. Email repiles appreciated
as my ISP doesn't carry this group on their news server currently.
