Since installing PPP, my FreeBsd Machine takes forever to boot. All
seems to go well until we reach lo0. After lo0 returns thaere is
about a 1 minute wait and then the tun0: device appears. This is
followed by add net very quickly. Now we have about a 5 minute wait
for the boot process to continue.

Once it restarts, it appears to continue normally and finish the boot.

I am attempting to use the machine as a Proxy server to connect to the
Internet.

The only other problem that I am aware of is that I cannot get PPP to
dial from the command line. Don't see any connection.

I'm new to this and I am learning. Any help would be appreciated.
