To the best of my knowledge, only AMI BIOSes can be configured to run
without any video card.

Btw., at least in FreeBSD 2.0.5 (i don't know for sure for 2.1), the
default syscons console driver had a bug that prevented it from
booting without a keyboard connected (at least on some hardware).
This will only affect you if you intend to plug a dummy graphics
adapter into your machine, of course.
